Returns and Refunds

We accept return or refund requests when the product arrives defective or damaged, does not match its description, or the order does not arrive within the applicable delivery timeframe.

Right of withdrawal: If you are a consumer and applicable law grants you a right of withdrawal, you may exercise that right within the applicable legal period. For consumers in the European Union, this period is generally 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, without having to provide a reason.

How to request a return: Contact us at orcver_23@yahoo.es with your order number and the reason for your request. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may ask you to provide photographs to help us process the issue.

Returning the product: We will provide you with the appropriate instructions before you make any return. Please do not send products to an address without first receiving return instructions from us. In certain cases, we may inform you that physically returning the product is not necessary.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Where the right of withdrawal applies to consumers in the European Union, refunds will be processed within the time limits established by applicable law.

Defective or non-conforming products: This policy does not limit any consumer rights available under applicable law, including rights arising from the legal guarantee of conformity.
